Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected through The MAHER System™ private masterclass, why it is used, who helps us process it and the choices available to you.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Maher Elusini is responsible for the personal information processed through this masterclass and operates The MAHER System™ from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “Maher,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Maher Elusini and The MAHER System™.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Your first name, last name, email address and professional role.
  • Your acceptance of the current Privacy Policy and Terms and your separate choice about receiving ongoing leadership communication insights.
  • Registration details such as the page you used, referring page and campaign parameters included in the link.
  • Email delivery records, verification time and technical identifiers used to issue and redeem a private access link.
  • Your furthest viewing point, reward unlocks, completion status and application unlock status.
  • Technical and security information that may be processed automatically, such as browser type, device information, Internet Protocol address, request time and service logs.
  • Information you choose to provide if you separately complete the application questionnaire or contact us.

We do not request payment card information for this complimentary masterclass.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Register you and send the private email link you requested.
  • Verify your email, protect access and reconnect you with your saved progress.
  • Record progress and make the promised resources available at the appropriate points.
  • Send service messages about access, the masterclass and its included resources.
  • Send occasional leadership communication insights only when you make that separate choice.
  • Understand which campaigns and pages lead to registrations and improve the experience.
  • Prevent misuse, investigate errors and protect the security and integrity of the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

4. Legal bases

Depending on where you live, we rely on one or more lawful bases. We process the information needed to provide the masterclass and included resources because you requested that service and accepted the Terms. We process optional marketing based on your consent. We may process limited technical, security and performance data for our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving the service. We may also process information where required by law.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Withdrawal does not affect service messages that are necessary to deliver access or resources you requested.

5. Service providers

We share information only as needed to operate the masterclass, comply with law or protect rights. The principal providers used for this experience are:

  • OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for website hosting, database storage, security and delivery infrastructure.
  • Resend for transactional email delivery and related delivery records.
  • Kit for subscriber management and leadership communication email sequences when you opt in.
  • Wistia for secure video hosting and playback.
  • Zoom for the separate application questionnaire and scheduling flow if you choose to use it.

These providers process information under their own contractual and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities or another party when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

After you verify your email, the site places a strictly necessary secure session cookie named __Host-maher_masterclass. It keeps the private viewing room connected to your verified access and saved progress. The cookie is protected from access by page scripts, is sent only over secure connections and may remain on that device for up to five years unless you clear it or request deletion.

Wistia playback is configured in privacy mode so viewing sessions are not used for identifiable Wistia heatmaps or viewer tracking. Wistia may still process anonymous playback data and use limited storage required for nontracking player functions. Our own system records the furthest point watched so it can unlock your resources and restore your progress.

7. Retention

Registration, verification and progress records are retained while needed to provide your continuing masterclass access, maintain consent and suppression records, protect the service and meet legal obligations. A verified device session may remain valid for up to five years. Single use email links expire after sixty minutes. Resend states that email and log data for its standard plans is generally retained for thirty days while an account is active.

If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize information that we are not legally required to retain. Deleting your registration and progress record will end the related private access and erase saved viewing progress.

8. International processing

We operate from the United Arab Emirates and use service providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on appropriate contractual or recognized transfer mechanisms made available by our providers.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the competent data protection authority.

Send a request to access@themahersystem.com. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns your data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

10. Security

We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, hashed access tokens, single use email links, secure session cookies and access controls. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please tell us promptly if you believe your access link or session has been misused.

11. Adults only

This professional masterclass is intended for adults aged eighteen and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
