1. Acceptance
These Terms form an agreement between you and Maher Elusini. By requesting access, checking the acceptance box, redeeming a private link or using the masterclass, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not request or use access.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to use an email address that you control.
3. Complimentary private access
The masterclass and identified completion resources are provided without charge. No payment card is requested. Access is personal to the registered viewer. The email link is single use and expires after sixty minutes. A verified device may retain access for up to five years, and you may request a fresh private link with the same email address.
“Permanent access” means that you may return using the verified access process while the masterclass continues to be offered. It does not mean that any particular technology, provider, link or version will remain available forever. We may update, replace, suspend or discontinue the experience where reasonably necessary.
4. Personal license
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to watch the masterclass and use the included templates and digital book for your own personal and professional development.
You may not:
- Share, sell, sublicense, publish or distribute your private link, session or downloadable resources.
- Record, copy, reproduce, upload, stream, scrape or make the masterclass available to another person.
- Remove branding, copyright notices or rights information.
- Bypass access controls, progress requirements, domain restrictions or other security measures.
- Use the material to create a competing course, product, model, certification or commercial training program.
- Misrepresent the material as your own or use The MAHER System™ name or marks without written permission.
5. Intellectual property
The masterclass, The MAHER System™, its five pillar structure, videos, frameworks, language, graphics, downloads, book, trademarks and all related content are owned by Maher Elusini or used with permission. Except for the personal license above, no right, title or interest is transferred to you.
6. Email communications
You ask us to send the service emails needed to deliver and maintain your access and included resources. Marketing and leadership insight emails are optional and require your separate choice. You can stop marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link. We may still send service, security or legal messages connected with access you requested.
7. Viewing progress and rewards
Certain resources and the application invitation appear after defined viewing points. Progress is measured by the site and may occasionally be delayed by connectivity, browser settings or provider availability. We may correct technical errors, suspected misuse or inaccurate unlock states. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.
8. Application to work with Maher
An invitation to complete a questionnaire is not an offer, guarantee of acceptance or commitment to provide coaching, group programs, speaking or advisory services. Any future engagement requires separate qualification, agreement, scope and commercial terms.
9. Educational purpose and results
The material is provided for education and general information. Individual outcomes vary and depend on experience, preparation, practice, decisions and action. We do not promise or guarantee career, communication, leadership, business, speaking, sales or financial results.
Testimonials, case studies, value references and examples describe particular experiences or reasonable positioning. They are not promises that you will achieve the same outcome. You remain responsible for how you interpret and apply the material.
10. No professional advice
The masterclass does not provide legal, medical, mental health, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice. Seek a qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.
11. Third party services and links
The experience relies on service providers and may link to external websites, including Wistia, Resend, Kit, Zoom, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. We do not control an external service and are not responsible for its content, availability or independent privacy practices. Your use of an external service may also be governed by its terms.
12. Acceptable use and termination
Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, security is at risk or continued access could cause harm.
13. Availability and disclaimer
We use reasonable care in presenting the masterclass and maintaining the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, content and resources are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, freedom from every error or that the material will meet every need.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maher Elusini will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, opportunity, reputation or business arising from the masterclass or your reliance on it. Because access is complimentary, our total aggregate liability relating to the masterclass will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
16. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms when the experience, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. If a provision is held invalid, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about this complimentary masterclass.
